| The Wayne State football team will host the Michigan Tech Huskies to open the 2007 season at Adams Field. Fans will also be treated to a special performance by Mega 80s, and inflatable play zones will be set up for the enjoyment of young WSU fans. | It's Tartar/Warrior Day at Adams Field, as Wayne State welcomes back all football and other athletic alumni to campus as the 2007 Warriors take on the Findlay Oilers. Fans can enjoy a special oldies concert featuring Larry Lee and the Back in the Day Band prior to and at halftime of the game, which is scheduled for a noon kickoff. | |

Football -- October 6 -- 12:00 p.m. |
| A week-long Homecoming celebration will culminate at Adams Field when the Warriors entertain the Gannon Golden Knights for a noon contest. Prior to the game, the annual Homecoming parade will end its winding route through campus at the stadium, a parachute jumper will deliver the game ball, and a new Homecoming king and queen will be crowned. | |

| The Spirit of 1976 will perform live at Adams Field prior to and at halftime of the Wayne State home football game against the Northwood Timberwolves, one of two GLIAC teams to qualify for the NCAA Division II playoffs in 2006. | The Warriors wrap up the 2007 football regular season as they host the Ferris State Bulldogs for a noon kickoff. Wayne State Athletics will honor the United States Armed Forces as veterans and other representatives will have a significant presence inside Adams Field. The 2007 seniors will also be recognized prior to their final game in a Warrior uniform. In addition, fans will be treated to a halftime performance by the Clintondale High School Marching Band. | |
