FINDLAY, Ohio - Wayne State's six-game GLIAC winning streak came to an end with a 13-2 loss at the University of Findlay in Friday's game one of a league doubleheader.

The game was scoreless for the first three innings when UF scored five runs on three hits and two WSU errors. The Oilers added four more runs in the fifth and sixth innings for a 13-0 lead. UF hit

The Warriors two runs came in the top of the seventh as junior Chris Baroli (Madison Hts., Mich.) singled with one out. Back-to-back singles by Adam Schulz (Southgate, Mich.) and Tim George (Quincy, Mich.) scored Baroli. Schulz then scored when George advance to third.

Senior starter Mat Yenrick (Toledo, Ohio) took the loss in 4.0 innings on the mound. He gave up seven runs (five earned) on six hits.

George was 2-for-2 in the game, and was also hit by a pitch. Jason Chapieski (Windsor, Ont.) and Derek Ranck (Clarkston, Mich.) each continued their hitting streaks at nine and four games, respectively.
