GREAT FALLS, Mont. - Former Warrior lefty Randy Surratt earned the first win of his minor league career on Tuesday, July 7, as the Great Falls White Sox defeated Provo 6-5 in 12 innings. Surratt came into the ballgame in the top of the 12th with one out, in relief of Rylan Reed. The first batter he faced, pinch hitter Chad Hauseman, lined into a quick double play to Antoin Gray at third.
Surratt has pitched in 7.1 innings in seven games thus far with 3.68 ERA. The White Sox are 15-6 and one game behind Helena in the Northern Division of the Pioneer League through July 10.
