In his third year with the Warriors, Brandon Kinnard will serve as the student assistant coach.

Kinnard's duties include video coverage of games, assist in equipment management, organize team film sessions and other various responsibilities.

The 23-year-old Detroit native graduated from St. Martin DePorres High School in 1999. He then went to Oakland Community College where he earned his associate's degree in liberal arts in May 2002.

He is currently a senior physical education major at Wayne State.
