The NCAA released its national stats earlier this week including games through Dec. 31.
Wayne State was first in the country in three-point field goal percentage at 46.3. The Warriors made six of 13 last night at Clarion for 46.2 percent.
Individually, senior guard Kris Krzyminski (Flint, Mich./Central) is first in three-point field goal percentage (58.9), fourth in three-point field goals made per game (4.3), sixth in scoring (25.9 points per game), 36th in free throw percentage (87.0) and 70th in field goal percentage (57.1).
Senior guard Joe Carr (Detroit, Mich./Renaissance) was 92nd nationally in assists per game at 4.3.
In the Jan. 3 triumph at Clarion, Carr had two assists while scoring a game-high 17 points. Krzyminski tallied 14 points and had a game-best six assists. He made three of his five field goal attempts from beyond the arc and five of nine overall.
Wayne State resumes GLIAC play this Saturday at Northwood.
