The NCAA released its national stats today including games through Feb. 11.
Wayne State dropped to 16th in the country in three-point field goal percentage at 40.5. After making just two of 10 attempts last Thursday at Mercyhurst, WSU connected on eight of 19 from beyond the arc in Saturday's win at Ashland.
Individually, senior guard Kris Krzyminski (Flint, Mich./Central) is fourth in three-point field goal percentage (50.0), sixth in scoring (24.1 points per game), 19th in three-point field goals made per game (3.4), 39th in free throw percentage (84.8) and 98th in field goal percentage (52.8).
The Warriors have their final two regular-season home games this week on Thursday, Feb. 15 against Ferris State (7:30 p.m.) and Saturday, Feb. 17 versus Saginaw Valley (3 p.m.).
Thursday's contest will be televised live by Comcast Detroit and replayed at 5 p.m. on Sunday on Comcast Local throughout Michigan. In pre-game ceremonies on Saturday, WSU's three seniors - Joe Carr, Kris Krzyminski and Will Pierce - will be recognized.
