Wayne State University senior David Chudzinski (Belleville, Mich.) has been named National Special Teams Player of the Week by D2football.com.
The Warrior kicker made all four of his field goal attempts at Ferris State (31, 36, 28 and 26) including three in the second quarter giving WSU a 9-0 halftime lead.
The four field goals made in a game is one shy of the school record. He also set the WSU career mark with 32 field goals made.
In addition to making his lone extra point attempt, Chudzinski also averaged nearly 45 net yards on six kickoffs.
