The Wayne State University football team (8-2 overall) moved up two places in the NCAA Super Regional Three Rankings to seventh following last Saturday's 42-21 triumph at Northwood.

3. Chadron State, 9-1
4. Ashland, 7-3
5. Minnesota State Mankato, 8-2
6. Wayne State (Nebraska), 8-2

8. Michigan Tech, 7-3
8. St. Cloud State, 7-3
10. Saginaw Valley, 6-3

With each of the three conferences in Super Regional 3 being represented in the top six, the earned access likely will not be used this year. The top six teams will qualify for post-season play.

WSU plays host to No. 1-ranked Grand Valley this Saturday for a noon kickoff.
