Pair Of WSU Golfers Earn GLIAC All-Academic Honors

Wayne State University senior Lance Chamberlain (Allen Park, Mich.) and sophomore Cory Vandivier (Belleville, Mich.) were named to the GLIAC Men's Golf All-Academic Team as annouced by the league office.

Chamberlain, a psychology major, is a three-time honoree while Vandivier, an accounting major, earned academic accolades in his first year of eligibility for consideration.

To qualify for GLIAC All-Academic status a student athlete must have: a cumulative G.P.A. of 3.0 or greater (on a 4.0 scale); must be a starter or key reserve; and must not be a freshman or first-year transfer.
