For its remaining six home hockey games (four men's and two women's), the Wayne State University Department of Athletics is offering NHL fans the opportunity to buy one ticket and get one free just by wearing an NHL jersey (sweater) to a Warrior hockey game.
The WSU women's hockey team hosts Niagara University on Friday, Feb. 25 (7 p.m.) and Saturday, Feb. 26 (2 p.m.) at City Ice Arena on Lafayette in Detroit.
The Warrior men's hockey team has two home series remaining. WSU entertains the U.S. Air Force Academy on Saturday, Feb. 26 (3 p.m.) and Sunday, Feb. 27 (2 p.m.), and the University of Alabama-Huntsville on Saturday, March 5 (3 p.m.) and Sunday, March 6 (2 p.m.). All four games will be played at the Compuware Sports Arena in Plymouth.
