The Wayne State University men's hockey team will be skating against the No. 1-ranked North Dakota Fighting Sioux tonight in the championship game of the 2003 Subway Classic in Grand Forks.
The game, which begins at 5 p.m. Eastern, will be televised on Galaxy 3C/KU, Transponder 18, slot A, frequency 12041.oh.
Last night (Dec. 27), WSU upended 12th-ranked Brown, 3-2 in overtime, while North Dakota rallied for a 3-1 win over Findlay. The Bears and Oilers play in Sunday's consolation game.
After tonight's contest, the Warriors continue their road trip with a weekend series in Colorado. WSU plays at Colorado College on Friday (Jan. 2) and Denver on Saturday (Jan. 3).
Wayne State concludes the school-record 12-game road trip with a College Hockey America series at Air Force on January 8 and January 10.
The Warriors return home to the Compuware Sports Arena on January 17-18 for a two-game league set against the University of Alabama-Huntsville Chargers.
