Charleston, W. Va. - The Wayne State University men's tennis team improved its overall record to 5-6 with a 9-0 victory Friday evening at the University of Charleston. The match was held at the Charleston YMCA.

The Warriors won all three doubles matches dropping a total of nine games to the Golden Eagles.

In singles competition, WSU won 75 of 97 games posting straight set wins in five of the six flights.

Wayne State will play Saturday at West Virginia Wesleyan University and Sunday at West Liberty State College.
