Moraga, Calif. - The Wayne State University men's tennis team concluded its spring break trip to California with a 4-3 win over St. Mary's (Calif.) utilizing Division I scoring (doubles count as one point).

The first doubles team of Rohan Singh and Lech Czerwinski lost 8-4, while the second doubles team of Mike Davis and Goran Marijan recorded an 8-3 win. Sebastien Foka and Matt Akers teamed for an 8-5 win at third doubles.

Rohan Singh lost a first singles 6-0, 4-6, 6-1, while Sebastien Foka was a 6-4, 6-7, 6-3 winner at second singles. Goran Marijan won at No. 3 singles 7-6, 7-6, with Mike Davis falling at fourth singles 6-4, 6-1. Hormis Tharakan lost 6-1, 6-0 at No. 5 singles, but Lech Czerwinski was a 6-4, 6-2 victor at No. 6 singles.
