Big Rapids, Mich. - The Wayne State University men's tennis team (20-2, 0-1 GLIAC) currently ranked 30th in the nation, lost a 6-3 conference match at No. 27-Ferris State (8-7, 2-1 GLIAC) Friday afternoon. The host Bulldogs won two of three doubles flights and then posted victories in four singles matches held at FSU's Racquet & Fitness Center.
FSU is currently ranked second in the region, while WSU third in the region.
The Warriors play a GLIAC match at Grand Valley on Saturday afternoon.
