Wayne State University men's tennis player Sebastien Foka was ranked eighth in the Great Lakes Region according to the ITA rankings released earlier this week.

Foka has compiled a 16-3 singles mark including a 6-1 record against GLIAC opponents. A very consistent player, he had an 8-1 mark in his first nine matches and is 8-2 in his last 10 matches.

Foka has a 16-4 doubles record including a 6-1 mark against GLIAC opponents.

The Wayne State University men's tennis team competes in the conference tournament this Friday and Saturday at the Midland Tennis Center. WSU's quarterfinal match is at 9 a.m. on Friday.
