Detroit, Mich. - For the second time in his career, junior Abdullah Saleh was named GLIAC Runner of the Week on Sept. 11. Saleh was the top finishing collegian at the Running-Fit UDM Invitational last Saturday, Sept. 8, at Cass-Benton Park in Northville, Mich. His time of 20:31 was 17 seconds ahead of the next collegian and helped Wayne State finish ahead of two Division I schools (Detroit and Oakland). He is a two-time All-GLIAC selection (First Team in 2005 and Second Team in 2006).
