Detroit, Mich. - The Wayne State men's cross country team will prepare for the NCAA Regionals, set for November 4 hosted by the University of Wisconsin-Parkside. The Warriors will participate in the 10,000-meter race, set to begin at 10:00 a.m. eastern time.

Last year, WSU came in second out of 11 teams en route to the NCAA Championship, where they came in seventh out of 24 teams.

The men need to finish in the top five, or have one of the top two runners on non-qualifying teams, to advance to the NCAA Championship on November 18 at the Escambia County Equestrian Center in Pensacola, Fla.
