RENSSELAER, Ind. - The WSU women's tennis team extended its winning streak to four matches with a 9-0 road victory at Saint Joseph's College on Wednesday afternoon.
With the win, Wayne State improved its spring record to 8-2.
The Warriors swept the doubles action in convincing fashion, surrendering a combined two games over the three matches.
WSU completed the shutout with six singles wins. Collette Cabot, Dee Mays, and Lindsay Oshnock each won their respective matches without surrendering a game.
Mays improved her record to 9-1 this spring, having won her last eight matches. Also playing for Wayne State were Amanda Pressotto, who is unbeaten (10-0) in singles matches this spring, and Olga Petrovic, who has won each of her five spring bouts.
