WAYNE STATE VOLLEYBALL 2003 SUMMER CAMP GENERAL COMMUTER CAMP JUNE 18-20, 2003 (Updated: 2/10/03)

DAILY SCHEDULE: 8:00AM: CHECK IN 8:30AM: SESSION I 12:00PM: LUNCH 12:30PM: SESSION II 4:00PM: RELEASE CAMPER

COST: $100.00 PER PERSON

CAMPER AGE REQUIREMENT: HIGH SCH STUDENTS (9th TO 12th GRADE)

INDIVIDUAL SKILLS CAMP DESCRIPTION: The camp provides the camper with intense training of all volleyball skills, such as footwork, pass, set, spike, block, service, and defense skills. Individuals are grouped according to age and skill level. Afternoon sessions are dedicated to team competitive drills. The camp does not provide lunch. There is a $40.00 nonrefundable deposit due with registration. Remaining balance is due at the camp check-in.

DIRECTOR: LIMIN JIN, Head Coach at Wayne State University, Detroit MI. Limin previously coached in China, the University of Kansas, The College of William and Mary, University of Maryland Eastern Shore, and California University of PA, before coming to Wayne State University in 2002. Limin guided Cal U to its first-ever NCAA tournament appearance in 2000 where the Vulcans won the Atlantic Regional and advanced to the "Elite Eight" national tourney reaching the NCAA Final Four.

THE WAYNE STATE UNIVERSITY VOLLEYBALL CAMP STAFF WILL BE ASSISTED BY NUMEROUS WAYNE STATE PLAYERS ALONG WITH COLLEGIATE, HIGH SCHOOL AND CLUB COACHES FROM AROUND THE COUNTRY.
