WSU Duo Named To Clash All-Tournament Team

GOLDEN, Colo. - WSU sophomore volleyball players Sei Hee Hwang (Toronto, Ont./Cedarbrae) and Kelita Sinclair (Caledon, Ont./Turner Fenton) were named to the six-member 2003 2003 Clash in the Foothills All-Tournament Team by the participating coaches.

Hwang totaled 41 kills with a .204 hitting percentage in her four starts. She also added 17 assists and 55 digs. The right side hitter recorded double-digits kills in three of the four matches. She also had double-doubles against Colorado School of Mines (11 kills-16 digs) and Colorado Christian (15-22).

Kelita Sinclair


Sinclair had 33 kills in the tournament's 17 games. Her dominating performance against CSM helped the Warriors to a 3-1 victory. The middle blocker tallied 13 kills in 30 attempts with just one error for a .400 hitting percentage. She also had a total of seven blocks.

Wayne State's next action is at the Grand Valley State Days Inn Classic September 6-7.
