Wayne State University senior libero Mayssa Bazzi (Dearborn, Mich.) was named to the Asics GLIAC/GLVC Crossover All-Tournament Team following the inaugural weekend event in Indianapolis.

Bazzi played in all 11 sets and finished with 54 digs as the Warriors went 2-1 in the tournament. She totaled 19 digs in each of the first two matches, a five-set victory over 17th-ranked Lewis and a 3-0 setback to Rockhurst. She followed that up with a 16-dig performance in Saturday's 3-0 win over Drury.

Bazzi also contributed a .926 serve reception percentage along with four assists and a service ace.

Teams from the Great Lakes Intercollegiate Athletics Conference (GLIAC) won 27 of the 39 matches over the Great Lakes Valley Conference (GLVC) at the tournament.
