DETROIT - The Wayne State University volleyball team (16-11, 9-7 GLIAC) will host Hillsdale College (19-10, 8-8 GLIAC) in the quarterfinals of the 2008 GLIAC Tournament at the Matthaei on Wednesday evening at 7:00 p.m.

The Warriors, who enter the tournament on a four-match winning streak, finished in second place in the GLIAC South Division to earn home court advantage for the first round. This is WSU's first berth in the tournament since 2005 and just its second since 1999.

Wednesday marks the third meeting between the Warriors and Chargers this season. Wayne State has won the previous two, including last Saturday at Hillsdale.

Admission for Wednesday's match is $5.00 for adults and $3.00 for children. Wayne State students with a OneCard receive admission for just $1.00 and get a free slice of pizza courtesy of Passport Pizza. For more information, call 1-866-WSU-TIKS.
