Two members of the Wayne State University women's cross country team competed in the Gate River Run in Jacksonville, Florida last Saturday (March 10th).

Junior Kara Kessler (Ionia, Mich.) competed in the 15k race and had a time of 1:11.42 to place 1,010.

Sophomore Rachelle Malette (Windsor, Ont./Holy Names) ran the 5k but times were not listed.
