For the fourth consecutive week, the Wayne State University women's cross country squad is ranked third in the Great Lakes Region by the USTFCCCA.

The Warriors placed second in the Great Lakes Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (GLIAC) meet on Oct. 20 behind Grand Valley, the top team in the region.

The next meet for Wayne State is the NCAA Great Lakes Regional this Saturday (Nov. 3) at SIU-Edwardsville.
